Shipping information:

Due to the nature of the artwork sizes and it's vast print medium, please contact me by using the Contact in the menu to discuss the best method of shipment and arrival safety of the artwork. 

Artworks are print on demand with your custom preferences. Please allow up to 10 -14 business days of printing and packing time before artwork is shipped out. Once the artwork is shipped, it is beyond our control and we are not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping due to postal service delays or damage.

If you require special and urgent attention, please contact us using the Contact icon on the menu bar. before placing your order and we will see what we can do for you. Orders get shipped on business days between 9am-5pm hours (Monday-­­Friday).

International shipping:

International shipping is limited by the type of order. Shipping and handling times vary by location. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your international artwork to be delivered. As International orders may add additional duties and taxes, we are not responsible for covering these charges nor are they on our website pricing. For questions regarding shipping to your location, please contact us by using the Contact icon on the menu.

 

Address Changes:

 

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, please Contact us as soon as possible within 48 hours. Failing to notify us of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original artwork has been returned to us in it's original undamaged condition and the additional shipping costs have been received, we will confirm with you if you want the artwork reshipped to you at the correct address.

 

Refunds and Returns:

Return Policy:

We will honor your returns if you receive the incorrect order or if your order arrives damaged. You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to notify us.

 

Orders lost in Transit:

If you haven't received your order, you have 14 days from the day you placed your order to notify us. All packages are sent with a tracking number. Tracking information is sent to the email address you provided to us upon checkout. If your tracking information indicates that your order was delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact your local shipping tracker or for international packages contact your customs office. We are not responsible for refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered.
